       This Indenture made the Seventh day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven
       Hundred and Eighty Three  Between Rich.d W.m Wells of Ann Arundel County in the State
       of Maryland of the One part and James Pattison of the same County and same State of the
       other Part Witnesseth That the said Richard William Wells for and in Consideration of the
       sum of Nine hundred and Ten pounds Currency of Maryland to him in hand paid or secured
       to be paid by him the said James Pattison on and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       Presents  The Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth Acquit
       Release and forever discharge him the said James Pattison his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       hath given granted bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       Presents he the said Richard William Wells doth Give grant bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff
       and Confirm unto him the said James Pattison his heirs & Assigns all These Tracts or Parcells
       of Land lying in Ann Arundel County afd (to wit) Town Land or Evan's Chance Hunts Mount
       and Trent  Together with all Buildings Improvements Advantages and Appurtenances to the
       said Tracts or Parcels of Land and Each of them belonging or Deemed to belong or in anywise
       appurtaining or Deemed to Appurtain and the Revertion and Revertions remainder
       and remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Use Trust Property possession Claim and demand whatsoever unto the Richard W.m
       Wells of In and to the same  To have and to hold The said Several Tracts or Parcels of Land
       and Premises with their and Each of Their Appurtenances unto him the said James Pattison
       and his heirs and Assigns forever  To the use and behoof of him the said James Pattison
       his heirs and Assigns and to and for No other use Intent and Purpose whatsoever
       And the said Richard William Wells for himself his heirs Executors Administrators and
       assigns  Doth Covenant grant and agree to and with the said James Pattison his heirs
       Executors Administrators and assigns  That he the said Richard W.m Wells His heirs Exrs
       Administrators and assigns shall and will well and Truly warrant and forever Defend
       The said Several Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premises with Their and Every of Their
       Appurtenances To him the said James Pattison his heirs and assigns forever  And
       The said Rich.d W.m Wells doth hereby further Covenant grant and agree to and
       with the said James Pattison his heirs Executors Administrators  That he the said
       Rich.d W.m Wells his heirs and assigns and from and against all Persons Claiming
       by from or under him the said Richard W.m Wells his heirs and ^or^ assigns and from
       and against all Persons whatsoever  In Witness whereof The said Rich.d W.m Wells
       Hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the day and year first above written
                Signed Sealed and delivered                             Rich.d W.m Wells
                In the Presence of us
                                              Rob.t Harrison
                                              Tho.s Sargur

       The aforegoing deed was thus Endorsed viz.t

       Received on the day and year within written of and from The within Named
       James Pattison the sum of Nine hundred and Ten Pounds Currency it being The Consideration
       Money within mentioned
             Rich.d Harrison   Tho.s Tongue                        Rich.d W.m Wells


                Memorandum      On the said Fourth day of June One Thousand Seven hundred
       and Eighty three  The within deed was Signed Sealed and delivered on the Land Called
       Hunts Mount therein Described by the within Named Rich.d W.m Wells the Bargainer
       In the Presence of us whose Names are under written      Rich.d Harrison      Tho Tongue
