       Jordan and his heirs shall and will at all or any time or times hereafter at the request cost and Charge of the said
       Thomas Ringgold or his heirs or Assigns make do execute levy or Suffer all and every such further Act & Acts
       Deed or Deeds Fine or Fines Recovery or Recoverys Conveyance or Conveyances Assurance or Assurances
       whatsoever in the Law for the more Perfect conveying and Assuring to the said Thomas Ringgold his heirs or
       Assigns all his the said John Morton Jordan or his heirs Right Title and Estate off and in the Premises
       and every part and parcel thereof as shall be by the said Thomas Ringgold or his heirs or his or their
       Counsel Learned in the Law devised advised or required
       Sealed and delivered the words

                                                                On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed to wit

       Reced this 26.th Day of October 1770 of the within named Thomas Ringgold the sum of Ten thousand
       one hundred and fifty Pounds Sterling Money in full consideration for the within mentioned Lands

                      W.m Hayward

       Be it Remembered that on the twenty sixth Day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand
       Seven hundred and Seventy the within named John Morton Jordan and Dorothy his Wife personally
       appeared before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of the Province of
       Maryland and acknowledged the within Deed to be their Act and Deed and the Lands and Premises
       therein contained to be the only right Property and Estate of the within Thomas Ringgold and his heirs
       and Assigns according to the Form Force and Effect true intent and meaning of the same Deed and
       I Do further Certify that I did privately examine the said Dorothy out of the Hearing of her said
       Husband and she Declared that she made her said Acknowledgment willingly and freely
       and without being induced thereto by fear or threats of or Ill usage from her said Husband or for
       fear of his Displeasure In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand the Day and Year
       above

          Received of Thomas Ringgold Esquire one Arrow and fourteen Pounds Sixteen Shillings
       and six pence Sterling as alienation fines on the within Lands (for use of Lord Baltimore
       by virtue of a Commission from John Morton Jordan Esq.r his said Lordship's agent
       and Receiver General

       This Indenture made the thirtyeth Day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand
       Seven hundred and Seventy Between John Brunt of Baltimore County in the province
       of Maryland of the one part and Charles Hipsley of Ann Arundle County in the Province
       aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Brunt for and in Consideration of
       the Sum of One Hundred and one pound five Shillings Current Money to him in hand
       paid (or Secured to be paid) by the said Charles Hipsley before the Sealing and Delivery
       of these presents the Receipt whereof the said John Brunt doth hereby Acknowledge
