85 acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and of every part and parcel thereof doth clearly acquit release and discharge the said Henry Camden his heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns and every of them fore by these presents the said Richard Lee doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Henry Camden his heirs and Assigns forever all them two tracts or parcels of Land lying and being in Prince Georges County and in the Province aforesaid one called Turret Green Surveyed for a certain John Smith or about the thirteenth Day of December Sixteen hundred and ninety five Beginning at a bounded white Oak standing by a Pecoson side thence with a line drawn north two hundred and thirty perches to a Bounded Hickory standing in a Valley then west One hundred and twenty perches to a bounded Oak then south two hundred and thirty perches to a bounded Oak thence with a Straight line to the first bounded tree containing and now laid out for One hundred and Seventy Acres ^of Land^ more or Less the other called the Bowling Green granted unto a certain George Jones on or about the tenth Day of August Seventeen hundred & Sixteen Beginning at a Bounded white Oak being the South East corner tree of a parcel of Land now in Possession of the said Jones the said Land lying on the Branches of Zachia and runing thence East forty six degrees south sixty perches south Eighteen degrees east thirty six perches south seven Degrees West Eighty three perches East sixty eight perches North one hundred and Seventy one Perches West one hundred and ten Perches thence with a Straight line to the beginning containing and now laid out for eighty six Acres of Land more or less with all rights or titles that he the said Richard Lee may have by Virtue of any grants Wills or Deeds from by or under any Person whatsoever unto the aforesaid Tracts or parcels of Land with all and singular the Edifices Improvements and appurtenances to the said Land belonging or which are Deemed to belong to the said Land and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and other Profits of the said Land and Premises hereby Granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and of every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate right Title interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of the said Richard Lee therein and thereunto To have and to hold the Land and Premises aforesaid to occupy possess and enjoy the same with all and Singular the Premises herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted Bargained sold aliened enfeoff and confirmed and every part and parcel thereof unto him the said Henry Camden his heirs and assigns forever ^and to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Henry Camden his heirs and Assigns forever^ and to and for no other use intent or Purpose whatever and the said Richard Lee for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant grant and agree to and with him the said Henry Camden his heirs and assigns by these presents that the said Richard Lee will from time to time and at all times hereafter defend the aforesaid Land and Premises with the Appurtenances herein before granted Bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed from and against his heirs or any person or persons whatsoever that shall or may claim any right title or interest of in or to the aforesaid Land and Premises by him or under him the said Richard Lee or his heirs In Witness whereof the said Richard Lee hath hereunto set his hand and seal the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Richard Lee (seal) Will.m Fitzhugh Tho.s Contee On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit Received November first 1770 of Henry Camden the within mentioned sum of One hundred and twenty eight pounds Sterling being the Consideration therein mentioned Test Philip Thomas Lee Rich.d Lee November 1.st 1770 Then Personally appeared before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Richard Lee ^Esq.r^ Party to the within instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premises therein Conveyed to be the right (title) |
