       marked G F N.o 2 being the second Boundary of a Tract being part of the said
       Manor called Greenwich Farm thence running with the first Line of the said
       Tract reversed Viz.t North Eighty nine degrees forty five Minutes Easterly one
       hundred and sixty Perches and a half of a Perch to a small bounded White
       Oak standing on a Level near a Path Side on the West Side of the Root of
       which white Oak is afixed a Stone whereon is engraved Beginning of
       Greenwick Farm being the Beginning of the Tract called Greenwick Farm
       thence running South seventeen Perches and three Quarters of a Perch to a
       Stone marked G P N.o 9 fixed on the North side of a small Branch
       thence running North eighty nine degrees thirty Minutes Easterly ninety two
       Perches and two Fifths of a Perch to a Stone marked G P N.o 10 fixed on
       the North side of a Hill thence running South one degree eleven Minutes
       Easterly forty Perches to a Mulberry Post and a Stone fixed on the North
       side thereof marked G P N.o 11 fixed on the South side of a Steep Hill
       on the North Side of a Branch thence running South one degree twenty one
       Minutes Easterly one hundred and three Perches and three Fifths of a
       Perch to a bounded Hiccory standing on a Ridge at the Root of which is
       fixed a Stone marked G P N.o 12 thence with a Straight Line to the first
       Beginning the Mulberry and Stone first abovementioned containing two hundred
       and eighteen Acres and five Eighths of an Acre more or Less which said
       Two several Tracts or Parcels of Land were granted by Patent to the said
       Horatio Sharpe his Heirs and Assigns as by the said Patents remaining
       on Record in his Lordships Land Office Reference being thereto had will
       more fully appear To Have and to Hold the said Several Tracts
       or Parcels of Land and every part and parcel thereof with their and
       every of their Appurtenances unto the said Bethredge Jones her Heirs
       and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof of the said
       Bethredge Jones her Heirs and Assigns In Witness whereof the said
       Horatio Sharpe hath hereto set his hand and Seal the day and
       Year first above Written
       Sealed & Delivered   W.m Steuart
       in Presence of              Rob.t Couden               Hor.a Sharpe   (Seal)

          At the Foot of the aforegoing Deed was as follows Viz.t

       Received the day of the within written Indenture of the within named
       Bethredge Jones the Sum of Six hundred and fifty two Pounds fifteen
       Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be
       paid by her to me
       Witnesses   W.m Steuart
                            Rob.t Couden                                    Hor.o Sharpe

       Anne Arundel County fs  Be it remembered that the within named Horatio  
       Sharpe came before me one of his Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord
       Proprietary his Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within
       Deed to be his Act and the Lands and Premisses with their Appurtenances
