80 Doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Bethredge Jones her Heirs and Assigns all his Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of and in the two following Tracts or Parcels of Land lying in Anne Arundel County (that is to say) Greenwich Farm and Greenwick Park the first of the said Tracts or Parcels of Land beginning at a small bounded White Oak standing on a Level near a Path Side on the West Side of the Root of which white Oak is fixed a Stone whereon is engraved Beginning of Greenwich Farm and running thence South eighty nine degrees forty five Minutes Westerly one hundred and sixty Perches and a half of a Perch to a small bounded black Oak on the West Side of the Root of which is fixed a stone marked G F N.o 2 thence running North one hundred and six perches to a stone marked G F N.o 3 fixed in a small Branch thence running North eighty eight degrees thirty nine Minutes Easterly one hundred and sixty Perches and a half of a Perch to a Stone marked G F N.o 4 fixed in an old Field on a Level thence running South one hundred and nine Perches and a Quarter of a perch to the White Oak and Stone the Beginning aforementioned containing one hundred & seven Acres and three Quarters of an Acre more or Less and the other of the said Tracts or Parcels of Land called Greenwich Park beginning for the out Lines of the Resurvey at a bounded Mulberry standing in the Edge of an old Field and some small Distance on the South side of a small Branch that runs into Sampsons Branch by the West side of which said Mulberry is fixed a stone whereon are engraved Beginning of Greens Purchase being the beginning of a Tract being part of the said Manor resurveyed for M.r Richard Green called by the aforesaid Name of Greens Purchase and running thence with the Lines of the said Land the three following Courses and Distances Viz.t West one Hundred Perches to a Stone marked G P 2 fixed in a Valley thence running North forty Perches to a small Posimmon bounded with nine Notches standing in the Low Grounds of Sampsons Branch and on the North side of a run of the said Branch at the South side of the Root of the said Posimmon is fixed a Stone marked G P 3 thence running South eighty nine degrees West Sixty seven Perches to a Stone marked G Park 4 fixed in the third Line of Green's Purchase then Leaving the said land and running North one degree West one hundred and forty four Perches to a Stone marked G P 5 thence running South eighty nine degrees West eighty nine Perches and three Quarters of a Perch to a Stone marked G P 6 fixed on the Brow of a Hill thence running North forty Perches to a small bounded black Oak at the West Side of a Root of which is fixed a Stone (marked) |
