688 of Annapolis Merchants of the other part Whereas the said Corbin Lee by his Indenture bearing Date on or about the thirty first Day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy two for the Consideration therein mentioned did grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said Charles Grahame and Anthony Stewart their Heirs and Assigns All those Tracts or parcels of Land following to wit My Lord's Gift containing five hundred acres more or less Darnalls Sylvania containing five hundred Acres more or less Partnership containing fifty acres more or less Adventures Addition containing three hundred acres more or less Davis's Fortune containing one hundred and sixty seven acres ^more or less^ Michael's Chance containing one hundred acres more or less Michaels Addition containing one hundred acres more or less and Nicholsons Discovery containing two hundred and seventeen acres more or less all situate lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid together with all Buildings Improvements Easements Priviledges and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said several Tracts or Parcels of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand of him the said Corbin Lee of in to or out of the said several Tracts or parcels of Land and every part thereof And whereas the said Corbin Lee is since dead whereby the said John Lee party hereto is entituled to the Equity of Redemption of the said Mortgages premisses Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said John Lee in consideration of the premisses and of five shillings Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Charles Grahame and Anthony Stewart the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge hath granted bargained sold remised released and for ever quitted Claim and by these presents Doth for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns grant bargain sell remise release and for ever quit Claim unto the sid Charles Grahame and Anthony Stewart their Heirs and Assigns all the Estate Right Title Interest Equity of Redemption property Claim and Demand either in Law or Equity which he the said John Lee hath or can or may pretend to have in the said premisses or any part thereof And the said John Lee doth by these presents for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns covenant with the said Charles Grahame and Anthony Stewart their Heirs and Assigns shall and may from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold and enjoy all and singular the premisses with the appurtenances without the Let Suit Trouble Hinderance Molestation or Interruption of him the said John Lee his Heirs Executors ^Administrators^ or Assigns or of any person or persons whatsoever claiming or to claim by from or under him In Witness whereof the said John Lee hath hereto set his Hand and seal the Day and Year first above Written sealed and delivered John Lee (LS) in presence of The word "thirty" between the third & fourth line Anthony Stewart (LS) The words "Partnership containing fifty acres more or less Charles Grahame (LS) between the seventh & eighth line and the words "he doth" between the twentieth & twenty first line being first interlined Philip Thomas Lee John Hesselius On |
