Ex.d
       This Indenture Tripartite made the twenty first Day of April in
       the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy four  Between Fielder
       Gaunt of Frederick County Iron Master and Edward Gaunt of Calvert County Gentleman
       of the first part William Deacons junior of Frederick County Merchant Thomas Johns of
       Frederick County Merchant and Adam Stewart of Frederick County Merchant of the
       second Part and the Reverend Bartholomew Booth of the third Part  Whereas the said
       Fielder Gaunt by Deed indented made on or about the fifteenth Day of April One
       thousand seven hundred and sixty six duly acknowledged before John Darnall Esquire
       then a Provincial Justice and recorded in the Records of Frederick County Court in Consideration
       of One thousand and fifty four Pounds five Shillings Sterling Money did grant
       bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto Caleb Dorsey of Ann Arundel County the
       Son of John Dorsey by the Name of Caleb Dorsey junior of Ann Arundel County his
       Heirs and Assigns the following Tracts and Parcels of Land with the Appurtenances
       and the following Negroes that is to say one Tract or Parcel of Land lying in Frederick County
       aforesaid called the Forrest of Needwood containing within the Lines and Boundaries in
       the same Indenture mentioned three hundred Acres of Land more or less one other Tract or
       Parcel of Land called Hawkins Plains containing three hundred and ninety Acres
       of Land more or less lying in Frederick County adjoining the aforesaid Tract of Land called
       the Forrest of Needwood which said two Tracts or Parcels of Land were conveyed to the aforesaid
       Fielder Gaunt by George Frazer Hawkins by Indenture bearing Date on or about the
       nineteenth Day of October in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty five also one
       other Tract or Parcel of Land lying in Frederick County aforesaid called Swedes March
       containing by Estimation three hundred Acres more or less also one other Tract or Parcell
       of Land called Furtile Meadow containing by Estimation one hundred Acres more or less
       lying in Frederick County aforesaid also one Negroe Man named Seipio one other Negro Man
       named Syphax one other Negroe named Cesar one other Negro Man named Rufus one
       One other Negroe Man named Austin one other Negroe Man named Charles one other
       Negroe Man named Anthony one Negroe Woman named Clementie one other Negroe
       Woman named Kate one other Negroe Woman named Clarison one Negroe Boy named Lincoln
       which said Negroes were at the Time of that Writing in the Possession of the said
       Fielder Gaunt at Fielderio Furnace in Frederick County aforesaid likewise the following
       Negroes to wit One Negro Man named Romulus one other Negroe Man named Cupid
       one other Negro Man called Cuckrico one other Negro Man named Toby one other Negro
