       This Indenture made the twenty first Day of May in the thirteenth Year
       of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain
D    France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c  And in the Year of our Lord One
       thousand seven hundred and seventy three  Between John Buchanan of Tower Street
       London Merchant and Elizabeth his Wife of the one Part and John Rogers and
       Abraham Dyson of Cornhill London Warehousemen and Partners Richard Cooke
       of Houndsditch London Mercer John Worrall of Lawrence Lane London Warehouseman
       Edmund Lardner of the Boroug of Southwark Haberdasher  Samuel
       Samuel Dyson of Cateaton Street London Merchant Edward Gale of Shadwell
       in the County of Middlesex Ropemaker and Thomas Porteous of Lime Street London
       Merchant of the other Part  Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the
       Sum of five Shillings of lawful Money of Great Britain to the said John
       Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife in Hand paid by the said John Rogers Abraham
       Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward
       Gale and Thomas Porteus at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents
       the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged They the said John Buchanan and
       Elizabeth his Wife Have and each of them Hath bargained and sold and by these
       Presents Do and each of them Doth bargain and sell unto the said John Rogers
       Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson
       Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus  All that one undivided third Part (the whole
       into three equal Parts to be divided) of him the said John Buchanan of and in a
       Main Freehold Estate commonly called or known by the Name of the Nottingham
       Iron Works situate lying and being in the Province of Maryland in North America
       Ind of and in all Iron Works Forges Houses Mills Erections Buildings Lands
       Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any Wise
       appertaining or deemed taken or known as Part Parcel or Member thereof with the
       Appurtenances  And also of and in all and singular the Materials Tools
       Implements Utensills and Fixtures Matters and Things whatsoever to the
