       Henry Hall his Heirs and Assigns  In Witness whereof the said Richard Henderson
       hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above
       written

                                  The within named Henry Hall the Consideration within Mentioned
                                                       being the sum of Seventy three pounds ten Shillings
                                  and four Pence Currency

       On the sixteenth Day of August in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and
       seventy three came the within named Richard Henderson before us two of his
       Lordships Justices of the Peace for Prince Georges County and Acknowledged the
       within Instrument of Writing to be his Act & Deed and the Lands and Premisses
       therein mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of the within named Henry Hall
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the within
       Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided at the same time came
       Sarah the wife of him the said Richard and being Privately Examined apart from and out
       of the hearing of her said husband did repeat as above and did further declare that
       she made this acknowledgment of her own free will without any threats of or Ill
       Usage from her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure and that she thereby intended
       to release his Right and Title of Dower in and to the Lands aforesaid within Mentioned
