459 said Richard Beard all that parcel of plantable Land contained limited and circumscribed within the Lines Limits Courses and Distances following it being part of two Tracts of Land situate in Anne Arundel County the one Called South Addition and the other called Beard's Habitation beginning at the Eastermost End at the East and by South Line of the said Tract of Land called Beards Habitation and running from thence South Eleven Degrees and a Quarter of a Degree East sixty five perches then South forty five perches then South sixty seven Degrees and a half Degrees west seventy five perches then west one hundred and sixty two perches then North twenty four Degrees and an half Degree West sixty perches and an half then North thirty six degrees East thirty seven perches and an half then North fifty seven Degrees and an half Degree East twenty one perches then North thirty Degrees East fifteen then North twenty one Degrees East twenty one perches then North twenty two degrees west seventeen perches then North eighteen Degrees and an half Degree west fifty four perches then North thirty Degrees East thirty six perches then North sixteen Degrees and an half Degree East one hundred and five perches then south Eighty Degrees East forty two perches then North twenty three Degrees and an half Degree East eighty four perches then South seventy six Degrees and three Quarters of a Degree East two hundred and thirty one perches then with a Streight Line to the Beginning containing five hundred and forty six Acres situate in Anne Arundel County by such Name or Names Quantity or Quantities Quality or Qualities Contents or Number of Acres as shall be thought fit and requisite to which said Writ or Writs the said Richard beard shall appear in proper person and shall vouch over the Common Vouchee to Warranty and the Common Vouchee shall appear and imparle and afterwards make Default whereby one or more Recovery or Recoveries Judgment or Judgments may be had and given for the said Thomas Jenings for Recovery of the said Lands and premisses against the said Richard beard and for the said Richard Beard to recover over in value against the Common Vouchee according to the form of Common Recoveries in such Cases used and it is further Covenanted granted and agreed by and between the ^parties^ to these presents and the true Intent and Meaning of the parties to these presents is that from and immediately after the said Common Recovery of Recoveries shall be had and prosecuted as aforesaid of the said Lands and premisses the said Recovery or Recoveries shall be and enure and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure that the said Thomas Jenings and every other person that shall be seized of the premisses or any part thereof by Virtue of the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall stand and be seized thereof and of every part or parcel thereof with their and every of their appurtenances to the only use and Behoof of the said Richard Beard his Heirs and Assigns and to no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above written Sealed and delivered Richard Beard (seal) in presence of 7½ Sides Worthington Tho.s Jenings (seal) Recorded the 21.st day of April 1773 |
