                         And Buchanan

       Baltimore County to wit  On the third day of October seventeen hundred and seventy
       two Came Charles Graham William Lyon and William Lux parties to the within Indenture
       and severally Acknowledged the same as their Act and Deed and the Lands and
       premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said James Dick also
       party thereto his Heirs and Assigns According to the true intent and meaning of
       the within Indenture And the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided

          Maryland Baltimore County to wit  To all to whom these presents shall come
       Greeting  Know Ye That Whereas I Isaac Few of the County aforesaid have recovered
       a Judgment in the Provincial Court against Ann Fell Executrix of Edward Fell deceased
       (on an Action of Debt) for the Sum of Two hundred and Ninety four pounds Sixteen
       shillings and Eight pence Sterling and Damages and Costs as by the said Judgment
       remaining on Record in the provincial Court relation being thereunto had will fully
       appear  And Whereas the said Judgment as to the Debt still remains unpaid and
       remains still to be satisfied  Wherefore for a valuable Consideration to me in
       hand paid by John Deaver of the County aforesaid I have and hereby Do Assign
