       seised of and in the recovered premisses and every part and parcel thereof to and for the
       only proper Use and Behoof of the said Henry Boone his Heirs and Assigns forever
       and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the parties
       to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed
       their Seals the Day and Year first above written

       On the twenty fifth Day of September seventeen hundred and seventy two  Came before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provincial Court the within named John Rogers
       Henry Boone and William King and severally acknowledged the within Deed to be their respective
       Act and Deed to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes within mentioned and the Land and premisses
       therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Henry Boone his Heirs and Assigns
       forever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in
       such Cases mad and provided                                                   before

       This Indenture made the first Day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred and seventy two  Between John Delozier of Charles County Planter and Richard
       Higgins of the Colony of Virginia at present in Charles County aforesaid Planter of the one part
       and Robert Lawson of Charles County aforesaid Merchant of the other part  Witnesseth that the
       said John Delozier for and in Consideration of the Sum of fifty pounds Current Money and the
       aforesaid Richard Higgins for and in Consideration of the Sum of five pounds Current Money
       to them respectively in Hand paid by the said Robert Lawson at and before the Sealing and
       Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof they do hereby respectively acknowledge and thereof
       and therefrom do and each of them doth release acquit and discharge the said Robert Lawson
