          Received the Day of the Date of the said Indenture from the within named
       Thomas Jenings the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money
       within mentioned to be paid by him received by us

       On the Day of the Date of the within Indenture came the within named Daniel
       Charles Heath before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged
       the said Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premises
       therein mentioned to be the Right of the within named Thomas Jenings his Heirs
       and Assigns for the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned also came before me Mary
       he Wife of the said Daniel Charles Heath who being by me privately examined
       out of the Hearing of her said Husband acknowledged the said Indenture to be
       her Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right
       and Estate of the said Thomas Jenings his Heirs and Assigns for the Uses and
       Purposes therein mentioned and freely relinquished all her Right and Title thereto
       and declared that he did the same freely and willingly without being thereto induced
       by Threats of ill Usage from her said Husband or Fear of his Displeasure

       This Indenture made the twentieth Day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and seventy two  Between Daniel Charles Heath of Cæcil County and Mary his
       Wife of the first Part Thomas Jenings of the second Part and John Henry of the third Part  Witnesseth
       that the said Daniel Charles Heath and Mary his Wife for the barring all Estates
       tail and Remainders over of and in the Lands and Premisses herein after mentioned and for and
       in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to them in Hand paid by the
       said Thomas Jenings at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt
