343) 343 343 make Default Default and such further and other Proceedings shall be therein so that one or more good and perfect common Recovery or Recoveries with double Voucher for Assurance of Lands in such Case used and accustomed shall and may be had perfected and executed and it is hereby further covenanted, concluded, granted, declared and fully agreed to between all the said Parties to these Presents that from and after the suffering and perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries as well these Presents and his Assurance hereby made as also the Common Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had suffered and perfected shall be and enure and shall be construed adjudged and taken and are and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and enure to the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seised of the said Parcell of Land and the Premisses and every Part thereof to and for the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said James Williams his Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and delivered James Williams (seal) In the Presence of Eliz.a Williams (seal) Joshua Frazier Ja Tilghman 3.rd (seal) A C Hanson (seal) (The aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed Vizt) Rece.d on the Day and Year first within written from the said Alexander Contee Hanson the sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid us James Williams Test Joshua Frazier Eliz.a Williams On the fourth Day of May Seventeen hundred and seventy two came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within James Williams & Elizabeth Williams his Wife Alexander Contee Hanson and James Tilghman the third and severally and respectively acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be their ^respective^ Act and Deed to and for the Uses, Intents and Purposes therein specified & to & for none (other) |
