33 On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Septem.r 8.th 1770 Received of the within Henry Carroll the Sum of Six Hundred Pounds Sterling Money being the Consideration within mention'd to be paid by him to me R Barnhouse John Briscoe Bernard O Niell Septem.r 8.th 1770 Then Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for S.t Marys County the aforenamed Bernard ONiell & Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein Specified to be the Right & Estate of the aforenamed henry Carroll his Heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent & meaning of the said Deed R Barnhouse Recorded 12.th September 1770 John Briscoe sides x.d This Indenture made this Twelth day of September in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and Seventy Between Samuel Beall Junior of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland of the one part and Isaac Beall of the County and Province aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Samuel Beall Junior for and in Consideration of five Hundred pounds Currant Money in hand paid before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents by the said Isaac Beall doth hereby Acknowledge and himself fully satisfied and paid and of every part thereof doth acquit Exonerate and Discharge him the said Isaac Beall his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever and by these Presents hath given granted bargain'd sold aliend enfeoffd and confirm'd and by these Presents doth give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said Isaac Beall his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever all that Tract or parcel of Land called Gleaning Lying and being in the County aforesaid beginning at the end of the Thirty fourth Line of the Resurvey on mill Lott and Ballingers Endeavours Resurveyed for Henry Ballenger and running thence North Sixty two degrees East Eighty eight Perches North Eighty five degrees East Thirty four Perches North Sixty four degrees East Ninety nine Perches North Two degrees and an half Degree East Seventy six Perches North Twenty four degrees East Eighty six Perches North Eighteen degrees East forty four Perches North Twenty two degrees West fifty four Perches North Eighty degrees East Ten Perches South Twenty two degrees East one hundred & thirty nine Perches South Seventeen degrees West Thirty eight Perches South Twenty nine degrees West Fifty two Perches North Sixty nine degrees West Eighteen Perches South Thirty five degrees West one hundred Perches South Sixty four Degrees West Ninety two Perches South Eighty five degrees West Thirty four Perches South Sixty two degrees West Seventy six Perches then by a Straight Line to the beginning Containing and now Laid out for Ninety eight Acres of Land more or Less also all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Supply Lying and being in the County afores.d beginning at a bounded White Oak standing on the East Side of Monocory above Bush Creek it being the begining Tree of a Tract of Land called Henry & running thence North thirty six degrees West one hundred and Twenty eight Perches North twenty eight degrees East Twenty Perches South Sixty four degrees and an half degree West Twelve Perches twenty six Degrees West Eighteen Perches South Nine degrees East Twenty Perches South Thirty degrees East Twenty six Perches South fifty five degrees East Eighteen Perches South forty three degrees East Fifty two (Perches) |
