       Administrators do and each of them doth covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said
       Michael Arthur his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever by these Presents that
       they the said Sarah Potts William Potts Sarah Eleanor Potts Benjamin Mackall and Rebecca
       his Wife and their and each of their Heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times
       hereafter upon the reasonable Request and at the proper Costs and Charges in the Law of him the said
       Michael Arthur his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns make, do, acknowledge, levy,
       execute and suffer or cause or procure to be done, made, acknowledged, levied, executed and suffered
       all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts, Thing and Things
       Device and Devices Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better
       and more perfect and absolute granting conveying and assuring the said undivided four fifth parts or
       Shares of the said Premisses hereby granted or mentioned to be   granted unto the said Michael
       Arthur his Heirs and Assigns forever as by the said Michael Arthur his Heirs or Assigns or
       his or their Cou^n^sel learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required  And the
       said Sarah Potts William Potts Sarah Eleanor Potts for themselves and the said Benjamin
       Mackall for himself and for the said Rebecca his Wife and for his their and each of their Heirs
       Executors and Administrators do and each of them doth further covenant promise grant and agree
       to and with the said Michael Arthur his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever
       by these Presents that they the said Sarah Potts William Potts Sarah Eleanor Potts
       Benjamin Mackall and Rebecca his Wife and their and each of their Heirs the sid undivided four
       fifth Parts or Shares of the said Premisses hereby granted or intended so to be unto the said
       Michael Arthur his Heirs and Assigns forever against them the said Sarah Potts William Potts
       Sarah Eleanor Potts Benjamin Mackall and Rebecca his Wife and their and each of their Heirs
       and against all and every other Person or Persons whomsoever claiming or to Claim by from or
       under them or either of them shall and will warrant and forever defend by these Presents  In
       Witness whereof the said Sarah Potts William Potts Sarah Eleanor Potts Benjamin Mackall
       and Rebecca his Wife have and each of them hath hereunto sett his and her Hand and seal
       the Day and Year first above written
