       and Mail Hill Street butting and bounding on the Lands and Buildings late of the Honourable John
       Frere Esq.r deceased and of Mary Coats Widow deceased  And whereas the said Michael Arthur hath
       purchased of the said Sarah Potts William Potts Sarah Eleanor Potts Benjamin Mackall and Rebecca his
       Wife and the said Richard Potts the first aforesaid Peice or Parcell of Land with the Buildings thereon
       erected together with the Reversion after the Death of the said Rebecca Matthews of and in the said last
       mentioned Peice or Parcell of Land and Premisses for the Sum of four hundred and seventy five Pounds
       current Money of the said Island of Barbados but the said Richard Potts being now an Infant under
       the Age of twenty one Years as aforesaid cannot now be a Party to and execute seal and deliver these
       Presents untill he shall attain his full Age of twenty one Years  This Indenture therefore witnesseth
       that the said Sarah Potts William Potts Sarah Eleanor Potts Benjamin Mackall and Rebecca his
       Wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of three hundred and eighty Pounds current Money aforesaid to them or one
       of them in Hand paid by the said michael Arthur at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged they the said Sarah Potts William Potts Sarah Eleanor Potts Benjamin
       Mackall and Rebecca his Wife have and Each of them hath granted bargained and sold aliened enfeoffed
       and confirmed and by these Presents do and each of them doth grant bargain and sell alien enfeoffe and confirm
       unto the said Michael Arthur his Heirs and Assigns forever all that the undivided four fifth Parts or Shares
       of and in the first aforesaid Piece or Parcell of Land containing by Estimation as aforesaid three thousand and
       four square Feet or thereabouts be the same more or less with the Messuage or Tenement and other Buildings
       thereon erected and built  And also all that their undivided four fifth Parts or Shares of and in the Reversion
       after the Death of the said Rebecca Matthews of and in the aforesaid Piece or Parcell of Land containing by Estimation
       as aforesaid one thousand nine hundred and forty seven square Feet or thereabouts be the same more
       or less together with the undivided four fifth Parts or Share of all and singular the Appurtenances thereto belonging
       and which said several Peices or Parcells of Land are contiguous and are situate lying and being and
       butting and bounding as are herein before particularly mentioned expressed and discribed and all Ways
       Paths Passages Waters Water Courses Lights Easements Rights Previledges Profitts Commodities
       Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or in any Wise
       appertaining  And also all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest, Use, Trust, Property, Possession, Benefit Claim     
       and Demand whatsoever either at Law or ^in^ Equity of them the said Sarah Potts William Potts Sarah Eleanor Potts
       Benjamin Mackall and Rebecca his Wife of in and to the same undivided four fifth Parts or Shares  To
       have and to hold the said undivided four fifth Parts or Shares of the first aforesaid Piece or Parcell of
       Land Buildings and Premisses and the said undivided four fifth Parts or Shares of the Reversion after the
       Death of the said Rebecca Matthews of the said last mentioned Peice or Parcell of Land and Premisses unto the
       said Michael Arthur his Heirs and Assigns forever to and for the sole Use and Behoof of the said Michael
       Arthur his Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other Use, Intent or Purpose whatsoever  And the said
       Sarah Potts William Potts and Sarah Eleanor Potts for themselves, and the said Benjamin Mackall
       for himself and for the said Rebecca his Wife ^&^ for his, her, and their and each of their Heirs, Executors, and
