215 or any Part thereof by from or under him or them shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these Presents And the same Henry McLacklan for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators and for every of them doth further covenant and grant to and with the same Edward Tilghman his Heirs and Assigns and to and with every of them by these Presents that he the same Henry McLacklan and his Heirs shall and will from time to time and at all Times hereafter at and upon the reasonable Request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Edward Tilghman his Heirs and Assigns or some of them make do levy execute acknowledge and suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged executed and suffered all and every such further and other reasonable Act and Acts, Thing and things Devise and Devises, Assurance and Assurances, Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the better and more perfect Assurance ^Surety and^ Suremaking and conveying, settling establishing or confirming of the same Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premises hereby granted and conveyed, or mentioned or intended to be hereby granted and conveyed or of any of them and of every or any Part or Parcel thereof with all and singular their and every of their Appurtenances unto the same Edward Tilghman his Heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents as by the said Edward Tilghman his Heirs or Assigns or any of them, or by his their or any of their Counsel learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised & required so as the said further Assurances to be made or any of them do not, nor shall not contain any further Assurance or warrant than for enjoying them only against the same henry McLacklan and his Heirs and further the same Henry McLacklan for himself and his Heirs doth hereby covenant and grant to and with the same Edward Tilghman his Heirs and Assigns that the aforesaid Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premises hereby granted or mentioned to be hereby granted and conveyed as afd and every Part and Parcel thereof with all and singular their and every of their Appurtenances now are, and be, and for ever henceforth hereafter shall continue remain and be unto the same Edward Tilghman his Heirs and Assigns free and clear and freely and clearly and absolutely freed and Acquitted, exonerated and discharged of and from all and all Manner of former and other Bargains, Sales, Gifts, Grants, Feoffments, Estates, Leases, Rights, Rents, Arrearages of Rents, Issues, Debts, Duties, Judgments Executions and all Debts of Record Charges Troubles Forfeitures Annuities and Incumbrances whatsoever had made committed done acknowledged or suffered or caused to be had made, committed done acknowledged or suffered by the same Henry McLacklan In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have interchangeably put their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year fist above Written Sealed & delivered in the Presence of us by Edward Tilghman E Tilghman (Seal) Geo Garrett Th Wright Henry McLacklan (Seal) Sealed and Delivered by Henry McLacklan & James Hollyday in the Presence of Ja Hollyday (Seal) Ja Tilghman 3.d J Rogers (On) |
