191 the Stone near the late Robert Welsh's House and running from the said Post East by North one hundred and sixty seven perches to the Road leading from London Town to the Church, then up the Road towards the Church South fifty five Degrees, and a half Degree West, thirty Perches then South seventy ^seven^ degrees and one Quarter of a Degree West fourteen Perches then south thirty seven Degrees West fifty perches then South fifty five Degrees West twenty Perches then with a straight line to the Beginning containing and now laid out for exactly thirty four Acres and a half and no more Together with all & Singular the Houses Edifices, Buildings, Orchards, Gardens, Fences, Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Land belonging or in any wise appertaing or otherwise used occupied or Injoyed and all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest, Use, Trust, Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said James Dick of in and to the said Land and premises and every Part and Parcell thereof and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and every part and Parcell thereof To have & to hold the aforesaid Piece or Parcell of Land with all and singular the Premises and Appurtenances herein before mentioned, meant or intended to be hereby granted aliened released and Confirmed and every Part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said James Dick for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators hereby Covenants and agrees to and with the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns that he the said James Dick and his Heirs the said hereby granted Land and Premises with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns against him the said James Dick his heirs and Assigns and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever Claiming or which shall hereafter Claim by from or under him them or any ^or either^ of them shall and will warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the Party first to these Presents hath hereunto set his Hand and seal the Day and Year first above written James Dick (Seal) Signed Sealed & Delivered the word (over) in the last Line but one being first interlined in the Presence of James Dundass Charles Steuart On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorsed to wit Received the 2.d Day of July 1771 of Anthony Stewart Forty Pound Sterling it being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be paid by him to me Witness James Dundass James Dick Charles Steuart |
