       or Assigns the aforesaid sum of one hundred and eighty three pounds fourteen Shillings and ten Pence
       Sterling and Interest thereon at or upon the said twenty Sixth day of January Seventeen hundred and
       seventy two without fraud or Delay and that the said John Hammond Dorsey his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators the said Lot of Ground or Land and every Part and Parcel thereof and Premisses with the
       Appurtenances to him the said Richard Lane his Heirs and Assigns from and against all manner of Person
       and Persons whatsoever shall and will forever hereafter warrant and Defend by these Presents   In
       Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was Endorsed as follows to wit

       Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me                         Jo Hamondorsey

       On the twenty sixth day of January Seventeen hundred and Seventy one Came the within named John
       Hammond Dorsey before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and
       acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lot of Land therein
       mentioned and every part and parcel thereof and premisses with the Appurtenances to be the Right
       and Estate of the within named Richard Lane his Heirs and Assigns according to the true intent and
       meaning of the same writing and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided

       This Indenture made the fourth Day of February in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven
       hundred and Seventy one Between Thomas Taylor of York County in the Province of Pensylvania
       Farmer of the one Part and Joshua Hall of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland planter
       of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Taylor for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings
       Sterling to him paid at or before the sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receit whereof is hereby
       acknowledged Hath granted bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth grant bargain and sell
       unto him the said Joshua Hall his Executors Administrators and Assigns All those several Tracts
       or Parts of Tracts and Parcels of Land situate lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid commonly
       called and known by the respective Original Names of Taylors String containing three hundred
       Acres Addition to Taylors String containing One hundred and twenty five Acres and eighty Acres
       of Land Part of a Tract of Land called Taylors Discovery which eighty Acres of Land is ascertained and Bounded
       as follows Beginning at two bounded white Oaks being the beginning trees of Taylors String and
       running thence South fifty seven Degrees East ninety eight Perches then South thirty Degrees East
       fifty six perches then East One hundred and fifty five Perches then North one hundred Perches thence
       to the Beginning or by what Ever other Names or Discriptions the aforesaid Tracts or parcels of Land
       have been since called or known together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways
       Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges and Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances
