(77) Money so as aforesaid justly due and owing to the said Lancellot Jacques by the said Fielder Gantt with legal interest thereon and also for and in consideration of the further sum of five Shillings Sterling Money by the said Lancellot Jacques to the said Fielder Gant in hand paid at or before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Fielder doth hereby acknowledge Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said Lancellot Jacques his heirs and assigns all that part or parcell of a tract or parcell of Land lying and being in Prince Georges County in the province aforesaid called Park Hall heretofore devised by Thomas Gantt to his son the aforesaid Fielder Gantt and containing four hundred acres of land more or less Together with all and singular the houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings Gardens Improvements Ways Waters Water Course Commodities priviledges and advantages to the same part of the tract of Land aforesaid belonging or appertaining And the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part and parcell thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust profit property claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Fielder Gantt of in and to the said part of the tract or parcell of Land aforesaid and every part and parcell thereof and premisses with the appurtenances To have and to hold the said part or parcell of the tract or parcell of Land aforesaid and every part and parcell thereof and premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said Lancellot Jacques his heirs and assigns ^for ever to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Lancellot Jacques his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said Fielder Gantt for himself and his Heirs doth hereby covenant Grant promise and agree to & with the said Lancelot Jacques his Heirs & Assigns that he the said Fielder Gant and his Heirs the said part of the tract of Land afd & every part & parcell thereof & premises with the [illegible] Heirs & assigns^ against all manner of person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever Defend by these presents Provided always and it is the true intent and meaning of these presents That if the said Fielder Gantt his heirs executors or administrators do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Lancellot Jacques his Executors administrators or assigns the aforesaid sums of six hundred and fourteen pounds ten shillings sterling and one hundred and Seventeen pounds four Shillings and four pence current money with Legal Interest on the said sums from the aforesaid twenty third day of November seventeen hundred and sixty four and the said sums of seventy three pounds fourteen shillings and nine pence half penny current money with legal interest thereon and the cost and charge of drawing and recording this indenture of writing at or upon the thirty first day of Mach next ensuing the date hereof then this present indenture and every clause article and thing herein contained shall cease determine and be absolutely void any thing herein before mentioned or contained to the |
