707 William Buchanan William Moore and Benedict Swope the three following parts of Tracts or parcels of Land lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid Viz.t Part of a Tract called Butlers Farm Containing one hundred and fifty eight Acres more or Less being all the same part of said Tract heretofore Conveyed by a certain Amon Butler unto the said George Mathews Part of a Tract called the White Oak Bottom containing by Estimation Ninety two Acres more or Less being all the same Part of said Tract heretofore Conveyed by a certain Thomas Matthews unto him the said George Mathews Except such part as the said George hath since Sold and Conveyed unto a Certain Patrick Duncan and part of a Tract called Georges String resurveyed containing by Estimation fifty seven Acres more or Less To hold to the said William Buchanan William Moore and Benedict Swope their Heirs and Assigns for ever as by the said Indenture relation being thereunto had may more fully and at Large appear Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said William Buchanan William Moore and Benedict Swope for and in Consideration of the Sum of Eight hundred and Sixty Pounds Current Money of Pensylvania to them in hand well and truly paid at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge & themselves therewith fully Sattisfied Contented and paid And thereof and of every part and parcel thereof Do Acquit and forever Discharge the said John Moore his Executors Administrators and every of them by these Presents Have granted bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Do fully Clearly and Absolutely grant bargain Sell Alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said John Moore his Heirs and Assigns for ever All the above mentioned and Described three parts of Tracts or Parcels of Land and Containing as abovesaid be the same more or Less Together with all and Singular the Houses out Houses Barns Buildings Stables Mills Mill Houses Mill Dams Slucies Waters Races Banks Mill Tails Meadows Gardens Orchards Fences Marshes Ways Waters Water Courses Woods Underwoods Timber and Trees Mines Menirals Quaries Rights Liberties Priviledges Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever ^to^ the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Possession Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said William Buchanan William Moore & Benedict Swope and their Heirs of into or out of the said Premises or of into or out of any part or parcel thereof To Have and to Hold all & Singular the said Three parts of Tracts or Parcels of Land by these Presents above bargained and Sold or mentioned or intended to be hereby Bargained and sold and every part thereof with all and every the Premises and Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said John Moore his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and behoof of the said John Moore his Heirs and Assigns forever And the said William Buchanan William Moore and Benedict Swope for themselves their Heirs Executors Administrators (and) |
