       the said Furnace three Forges and Lands Servants Negroes Horses Cattle & Stock
       and all his the said Benjamin Tasker Junior his share Proportion and Interest
       Legal and equitable in the said Iron Works Lands and Stock thereto belonging
       at which Vendue he the said Joseph Galloway was the best & highest Bidder at
       and for the Sum and Price of Five Thousand and two hundred Pounds     
       Sterling Money did by Virtue of the Testament & last will aforesaid in Consideration
       of the Premisses and of the said Sum of Five thousand and two hundred
       Pounds Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Joseph Galloway
       give grant Bargain sell Alien release enfeoff and confirm unto him the said
       Joseph Galloway his Heirs and Assigns one undivided fifth part of all & each
       and every the said Iron Furnace and Three Forges and also the said Benjamin
       Tasker Jun.r his one undivided fifth part of all and every the Lands Tenements and
       Hereditaments held in Common in his Lifetime with the said Charles Carroll Esquire
       Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll son of Daniel Daniel Dulany and
       Walter Dulany or any or either of them And also his the said Benjamin Tasker
       Esquire his undivided fifth part of all and every Lands Tenements & Hereditaments
       by him then held in Common or Jointenancy with the said Charles Carroll Esq.r
       Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll son of Daniel Daniel Dulany and
       Walter Dulany or any or either of them Together with the Appurtenances And
       the said Benjamin Tasker Esq.r for the Consideration aforesaid did also grant
       Sell and Deliver unto him the said Joseph Galloway his Exors Adm.rs & Assigns
       one undivided fifth part of all and all Manner of Servants Negroes
       Horses Cattle Implements Utensils and other Stock whatsoever held or
       Possessed by the aforesaid Benjamin Tasker Jun.r and him the said Benjamin
       Tasker Esq.r or either of them in Common Jointly or in Partnership with the aforesaid
       Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll son of Daniel Daniel
       Dulany and Walter Dulany or any of them And the said Benjamin Tasker
       Esq.r for the Consideration aforesaid did also Assign Transfer and set over unto
       him the said Joseph Galloway his Heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns
       all the Right Title and Interest of the aforesaid Benjamin Tasker Junior and
       him the said Benjamin Tasker Esquire and each of them of in and to all
       manner of Bonds Writings and Contracts whatsoever for the Conveyance of
       any Lands Tenements or Hereditaments or for the Performance of any Matter or
       Thing whatsoever touching or concerning the said Iron Works or Purchases of
       Land or Stock therefor made with or to the use of the said Benjamin Tasker
       Jun.r or Benjamin Tasker Esq.r and the aforesaid Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles
       Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll son of Daniel Daniel Dulany and Walter
       Dulany or made with or to the use of any Person or Persons whose Shares
       Parts or Proportions in the said Iron Works they or any of them were Entitled
       to or claimed as in and by the said Deed recorded on or about the Twentieth
       Day of May Seventeen hundred and sixty five in the Provincial Court Land
       Records may more fully and at Large appear   And Whereas he the said
       Joseph Galloway by a certain Deed indented made & dated on or about the
       fourteenth Day of May Seventeen hundred and Sixty five did or did intend
       to reconvey to the said Benjamin Tasker Esq.r all the said Premisses of
       what Nature or kind soever by him the said Benjamin Tasker Esq.r conveyed
       granted sold or assigned as aforesaid to him the said Joseph Galloway but
