       On the Eighth Day of August Seventeen hundred and Sixty Nine came Dinah Wife of the
       within John Wilmot before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the peace
       for Ann Arundel County and acknowledged her right of Dowery of the within mentioned
       Land and Premises to be the right Title Interest and Estate of the within
       named Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick their Heirs and Assigns forever and
       being by us privately Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband said She made here
       acknowledgment willingly and freely without being induced thereto by Fear Threats or Ill
       Usage by her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure

       This Indenture made this third Day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred
       and Sixty nine Between Robert Burchfield of Frederick County and Province of Maryland Planter
5 sides   of the one Part and Charles Wells of Baltimore County and said Province of the other Part Planter witnesseth
       that the said Robert Burchfield for and in Consideration of the sum of twenty Pounds lawfull Current
       Money of Maryland Come to him the said Robert Burchfield in hand Paid before the ensealing
       and delivery hereof the receipt whereof the said Robert Burchfield doth hereby Acknowledge and every
       part thereof doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Acquit & Discharge him the said Charles Wells and
       his heirs forever   Hath as by these presents Doth give Grant bargain Sell Alien enfeife & Confirme
       unto him the said Charles Wells his heirs and Assignes for ever all that tract or parcell of Land laying
       and being in Frederick County & known by the name of Long Meadow Beginning at the end of the
       twelfth line of a tract of Land Called the Resurvey on Cold Freyday granted Edward Dorsey & Runing
       thence North Sixty Seven Degrees West forty four Perches South Sixty four Degrees West twenty
       Six perches South thirty Seven degrees west Sixty two perches North fifty three degrees west
       twenty four perches South Sixty degrees West twenty four Perches South forty eight degrees East
       One hundred and two perches North thirty four Degrees East One hundred and twenty
       two perches then with a Straight line to the begining Containing and now laid out for
       fifty one acres of Land more or less to have and to hold the said tract or parcell of Land with all rights
       Profits Benefits & Previledges and Appurtenances thereunto Belonging or in anywise Appertaining
       unto him the said Charles Wells his heirs and Assignes forever free from all manner of Incumbrances
       whatever the Rents and Services that shall hereafter become due to the Lord proprieter
