       Trusty and well beloved Robert Eden as they will Answer the Contrary at their
       Utmost Peril  Given at Baltimore house Westminster under our hand and Greater
       Seal at Arms this First day of August in the Eighth Year of the Reign of our
       Sovereign Lord king George the third and in the Eighteenth Year of our Dominion
       Annoq Domini One thousand seven hundred and sixty eight

       On the back of the Aforegoing Commission was thus Endorsed Viz.t

          These are to Certify that the within Named Robert Eden Esquire hath given
       Security in the Office of his Majestys Remembrances of his Excheq.r at Westminster
       for the due Execution of his within mentioned Office Pursuant to a warrant from the
       Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of his Majestys Treasury dated the
       12.th day of August 1768

       our Sovereign Lord King George the third of the Ninth Year of his Reign (to wit)

       This Indenture made the Seventh Day of March in the year of our Lord one
       thousand Seven hundred and Sixty nine Between Martha Roundell John Cox
       and Sarah his Wife Benjamin Skinner and Henrietta his Wife and Mary
       Smith which said Martha Sarah Mary and Henrietta were the Daughters
       of Mary Smith of Prince Georges deceased of the one part and William Hall
       of Elkridge in Ann Arundel County Merchant of the Other part Witnesseth
       that the said Martha Roundell John Cox and Sarah his wife Benjamin
       Skinner and Henrietta his wife and Mary Smith for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of one hundred and forty pounds Sterling Money to them in
       hand paid at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents
       the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said William Hall
       his Executors and Administrators thereof and therefrom fully acquitted
       and discharged have given granted Bargained Sold Remised released and
       Confirmed and by these presents do Give Grant Bargain Sell Release
       and Confirm unto him the said William Hall his heirs and Assigns all that
       Tract or parcell of Land called Batchelors Choice lying and being in
       Ann Arundel County containing One hundred Acres and also all that part
       of a Tract of Land called Hopkins's Choice lyeing and being in said County
       formerly belonging to Henry Hall of S.t James Parish Clergyman and by him
