       Subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for Ann Arundell County and Acknowledged
       the within Deed to be his Act & Deed & the premises within Mentioned
       to be the Right & Estate of the within named W.m Hencock his heirs &
       Assigns according to the true intent & meaning of the within Deed & the Act
       of Assembly in such Case made & provided

       To all Persons To whom these presents shall Come I Henry Dorsey of Ann
       Arundle County Send Greeting Know Ye that I the said Henry Dorsey as well for
5 sides    and in Consideration of the Natural Love and Affection which I bear to my Daughter
       Elizabeth Goodwin Dorsey to Pleasance Goodwin the Runt of the said Elizabeth and
       to Lyde Goodwin the uncle of the said Elizabeth and also for the further Consideration
       of five Shillings Sterling to me in hand paid by the said Pleasance Goodwin the
       Elder Pleasance Goodwin the Younger and Lyde Goodwin in hand paid have given
       and granted and by these presents do give grant and Confirm unto the said Elizabeth
       Goodwin Dorsey and the heirs of her Body one Negro Woman named Peg and two
       female Children named Nann and Bridget the Daughters of the said Negro Peg and also
       one Negro Boy named Harry together with the Increase profit and Advantage arising
       from the said Negroes To have and to hold all and Singular the said Negroes Pegg
       Nann Bridget and Harry unto my said Daughter Elizabeth Goodwin Dorsey and the
       Heirs of her Body and for default of such Issue of my said Daughter then and in
       such Case I give grant and Confirm the said Negro Peg with her Increase unto the
       said Pleasance Goodwin the Grand mother of the said Elizabeth And the Said
       Negroe Nan I give and grant with her Increase unto Pleasance Goodwin the
       younger Aunt of the said Elizabeth And the said Negro Bridget with her Increase
       I give and grant unto Lyde Goodwin Uncle of the said Elizabeth To have and to
       hold the said Negroes Peg nan and Bridget with their Increase from and After
       the death of the said Elizabeth Goodwin Dorsey without Heirs of her Body unto the
       said Pleasance Goodwin the Elder Pleasance Goodwin the younger and Lyde
       Goodwin their Several Executors Administrators and Assigns and I the said Henry
       Dorsey the said Negroes in manner and form as herein before given and granted
       shall and will warrant and defend In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand
       and Seal this twenty Second day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand seven
