       Tail and Remainders in Tail of and in the Messuages Tenements Lands and Hereditaments herein
       after mentioned and for the Settling and assuring the same to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes herein
       after mentioned limited expressed and declared and in consideration of the Sum of four hundred pounds
       Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said Stephen Horsey the Receipt whereof
       is hereby Acknowledged and for divers other Good Causes and Considerations him the said William
       Outerbridge in this behalf moving hath granted bargained and Sold remised released and confirmed
       and by these presents doth grant bargain and Sell remise Release and Confirm unto the said Stephen
       Horsey his heirs and Assigns for ever all that part of Two parcells of Land the one called Hannah's
       Delight the other called Exchange situate and lying in Somerset County which were conveyed in fee Tail
       by Hannah Horsey and John Horsey her son to Burr Outerbridge and Elizabeth his Wife as by a
       certain Deed bearing date the thirtieth day of September Anno Domini One thousand seven hundred and
       twenty nine and Recorded in Somerset County Records in Liber S H fols 212 213 & 214 Recourse
       thereto being had more fully may appear Bounded as follows to wit  Beginning at the mouth
       of a gut or Branch Issuing out of a certain Creek called Back Creek Dividing from the Land of
       Robert King thence down Back Creek and bounded thereby North Six degrees West thirteen
       Poles thence North forty four degrees West forty eight Pole thence South seventy three degrees West
       twenty two poles to a marked Cedar post Standing by the af.d Creek side thence North twelve
       degrees West Eighteen poles thence North three degrees west twenty two poles to a marked Red oak thence
       North forty three degrees East three hundred and fifty two poles thence South Sixty degrees
       East forty Six poles to the head of a Tract of Land of Major Robert Kings thence bounded by an
       with the aforesaid land to the first Bounder containing by Estermation two hundred Acres and
       also one point of Marsh lying on the afs.d Creek Adjoining to the afs.d two hundred Acres to the
       westward thereof (be the same more or less) And of which Lands the said Burr Outerbridge
       and Elizabeth dyed Seized and left issue the afs.d William Outerbridge the Son and heir at Law

           To have and to hold the said Messuage Tenements Lands and premisses above mentioned and
       every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said Stephen Horsey and his heirs
       forever to the intent and purpose only that the said Stephen Horsey shall and may become perfect
       Tenant of the freehold of the said Messuages lands and premisses and Shall and may
       Stand and be Seized thereof until a good and perfect Common Recovery with double
       vouchers over may be duely had Suffered and executed of the said Messuages Tenements lands
       and premisses according to usual course of Common Recovery's for the Assurance of Lands and
       Tenements in such cases used and accustomed  And thereupon it is covenanted concluded
       and agreed by and between all the parties to these presents for themselves and their and every of
       their heirs by these presents in manner following (that is to say) that the said Stephen Horsey shall
       and will before the End of the next or Suceeding Provincial Court to be held at the City of Annapolis
       permit and Suffer the said Littleton Dennis to sue forth and prosecute against him the said
       Stephen Horsey one writt of Entry Sur Disseisin enlepost returnable before his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court thereby demanding against the said Stephen Horsey the said messuages
       Tenements Lands Hereditaments and premisses herein before mentioned by such name and
       Names number of Acres quantitys qualities terms and discriptions in the said writt to be
