       and every of them by these Presents Hath given granted bargained
       sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed & by these Presents
       Doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto
       him the said Stephen Steward his heirs and assigns forever all those
       Tracts or Parts of Tracts of Land which were made over and conveyed on or
       about the thirty first day of January seventeen hundred and twenty two
       by Jacob Holland to Samuel Chew the Grandfather of the aforesaid Samuel
       Chew party hereto by Deed duly acknowledged and recorded in the
       Provincial Court Land Records in Liber PL N.o 5 folio 430 be the same
       Lands so conveyed as afs.d held esteemed reputed or known by any or
       what name or names soever Together with all houses Buildings Gardens
       orchards ways waters water courses Timber Timber Trees woods under
       woods Profits advantages Priviledges and appurtenances whatsoever
       to the said Premisses hereby granted bargained and sold or meant mentioned
       or intended so to be belonging or in any wise appertaining and
       the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcell thereof and all the Estate
       Right Title Interest Use Trust Possession Property Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of him the said Samuel Chew party hereto of into or out
       of the Premisses with the Appurtenances  To have and to hold the
       Premisses hereby granted bargained and sold or meant mentioned or
       intended so to be with their and every of their Rights Members and
       Appurtenances to him the said Stephen Steward his heirs and Assigns
       to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Stephen Steward
       his heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever  And the said Samuel Chew party hereto for himself his heirs
       Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant and grant to and with
       the said Stephen Steward his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       that he the said Samuel Chew party hereto and his heirs the said
       granted bargained and sold Premisses and every Part and Parcell thereof
       with the Appurtenances to him the said Stephen Steward his heirs
       and Assigns from and against him the said Samuel Chew and his
       Heirs and all persons claiming by from or under him them or any of them
       shall and will warrant and for ever defend In Witness Whereof the Parties
       to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and
       affixed their seals the Day and Year first above written
