       Personally Appeared the within named William Woodward and Elie Vallette who
       made oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God that they were present at the
       Execution of the within Bond or writing Obligatory and did See the within named
       Walter Dulany Daniel Dulany and Lloyd Dulany Severall Sign Seal and
       deliver the same as their Act and Deed to and for the uses and purposes therein

                      This Indenture Tripartite made this twenty first Day of July in
       the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Seven Between Thomas
       Hammond of Ann Arundel County and James Kelso of Ann Arundel County and Rebecca
       his wife lately Rebecca Hammond of the first part William Reynolds of Ann Arundel
       County of the Second part and Thomas Johnson Junior of Ann Arundel County of the third
       part whereas Thomas Hughs was and died Seized and possessed of all that tract of
       Land called Duck Cove lying and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid containing
       three hundred and fifty Acres of Land and by his last will in writing duly executed proved
       and recorded in the prerogative Court devised the said Tract of Land to his mother Mary
       Hughs now deceased during her naturel Life and after her Decease to the aforesaid
       Thomas Hammond and the said Rebecca now wife of the aforesaid James Kelso to them and
       their Heirs or the heirs of the Surviver lawfully begotten   And whereas they the said Thomas
       Hammond and the aforesaid James Kelso and Rebecca his wife being desirous to ascertain
       and fix a just and equitable Division of the said Land regarding both the Quantity
       and Quality made choice of nominated and appointed James Sterett Henry Griffith
       John Smith and John Cromwell or any three of them to adjust and Settle the Same
       and the said Thomas Hammond and James Kelso on or about the twenty fifth Day of
       June last executed and made ^to each^ other their respective Bonds to Stand to and abide by
       the Award order Determination and Judgment of the said James Sterrett Henry Griffith
       John Smith and John Cromwell therein In Consequence of which Submission the said
       James Sterrett Henry Griffith John Smith and John Cromwell did divide the said Land
