(225) comprised and [illegible] within the Lines following to wit Beginning at an Apple Tree standing near the north side of Bohemia River and in a Hole supposed formerly to have been a cellar and fixed on and marked with Twelve Notches by the said Henry Vanbebber and his Brother Isaac Vanbebber as a Boundary of the Division between them and running from thence binding with the Division Line north nine Degrees and three Quarters east eighty perches to a post then north twenty two Degrees east two hundred and forty perches to one other Post at the Road that leads from Haarveys Mill to the Head of Bohemia then north One Hundred and Twenty three perches to one other post Standing by the Road leading from the Manner Church to the Head of Bohemia then north fifty three Degrees west Eleven perches to a red oak marked with nine notches Standing at the Distance of two perches in a Line drawn South fifty three degrees East from a certain Corner hickory Standing on the Southwesterly Side of the said Road at the Head of a valley some some distance from Joseph Neide's Fence and Plantation being a Boundary between Docter Sluyter Bouchell and the said Henry Vanbebber and the same tree mentioned in a certain Mathias Vanbebbers Deed to a certain James Vanbebber and then running from said marked Red Oak by and with the Land sold and conveyed by the said Henry Vanbebber to the said Sluyter Bouchell to a marked Service Tree Standing at the End of the south twenty two Degrees west forty six perches Line of said Land and where is now a large Stone placed thereby and running from thence South fifty One Degrees west Sixteen Perches to an old Road that crosses the Branch at the head of a Creek called Garrett Hyndman's Creek then north Seventy Degrees west across the said Branch thirteen perches to a white oak standing on the west Side of said Branch marked with six notches then South Seven Degrees and a Half west twenty six perches then South thirty three Degrees west Twelve perches then South Sixty Degrees and a half west twelve perches then South forty two Degrees west Sixteen Perches then south sixty two Degrees west Sixteen perches then South Seventy Degrees west fourteen perches then South thirty two Degrees west sixteen Perches then South sixty six Degrees west Eighteen perches then South thirty six Degrees west twenty two perches then South Sixty Degrees west Eight perches then South forty one Degrees west Eight perches then South thirty Eight Degrees West fourteen perches to a large black oak standing by the River Side marked with twelve notches and then running from the said oak across the mouth of the said Creek up the River and binding therewith to the Place of Beginning And for the settling and asuring the same to and for the uses intents and purposes herein after limited expressed and declared and in consideration of five Shillings to him in hand by the said John Neide the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold released and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell release and confirm unto the said John Neide in his actual possession now being by virtue of a Bargained Sale thereof made bearing Date the Sixty Day of January last and acknowledged |
