(195) Examined This Indenture Made this Eighteenth Day of April in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven Between Thomas Rutland Junior of Ann Arundel County and Province of Maryland planter of the one part and Nathan Hammond of the City of Annapolis and Province aforesaid Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that the sid Thomas Rutland Junior for and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred and twenty pounds Current Money to him in hand by the said Nathan Hammond at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents paid the receipt whereof the said Thomas Rutland Junior doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom acquit and discharge the said Nathan Hammond his heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them by these Presents Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents Doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said Nathan Hammond his heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcell of Land called the Resurvey on Gilboa granted by Patent to him the Thomas Rutland Junior on the Twenty third Day of June Seventeen hundred and sixty two Beginning at the Beginning Tree of the Original Tract called Gilboa and running thence north forty four perches north seventy Degrees East one hundred and twenty Perches north twenty Eight Degrees East eighty Seven Perches north fifty seven Degrees West fifty four perches north ten Degrees East Sixty Perches North Seventy Degrees East ninety perches north three Degrees and a half Degree West twenty one perches north fifty Degrees East Seventy perches north twelve Degrees East twenty two perches north Sixty five Degrees East sixty perches north fifteen Degrees west Sixty Perches North twenty four Degrees East one hundred and forty eight Perches North forty three Degrees West thirty eight Perches North sixty Degrees West one hundred and twenty six perches West Sixty Perches South west one hundred Perches north fifty five Degrees west Sixty one perches north fifty one Degrees west nineteen Perches north thirty Degrees East eighty four perches North forty three Degrees East forty Six perches north twenty seven Degrees west twenty perches north five Degrees west Sixteen Perches North twenty eight Degrees west eighty four perches north eighty five Degrees East thirty nine perches South forty seven Degrees East ninety perches North thirty two Degrees East thirty Perches north fourteen Degrees East forty two perches North eighty six Degrees west Seventy six perches north Seven Degrees East one hundred and twenty four perches South eighty three Degrees East thirty Perches North Seventy Seven Degrees East Sixty Perches South Sixty two Degrees East one hundred and twenty four perches South twenty perches north sixty |
