(188) aged about forty years the other named Bess about twenty years of age with their Issue to her the said Ann and her heirs for ever To my Daughter Elizabeth three negroes one called young Sarah aged about eighteen years another called Conly aged about twenty five years, the third called Little Jenny aged about Six years them and there Issue to her the said Elizabeth and her heirs for ever as also nine Silver Spoones and one Silver Ladle To have and to hold all and singular the said Lands premisses and Chattels unto the said Thomas Martha Ann and Elizabeth Lingan which are Seperatly and respectively given and granted to them their Heires &c forever freely and quietly without any challenge clauce or demand of me the said Thomas Lingan or of any other person or persons whatsoever for me or authorized or procured by me and without any money or thing to be yielded unto me the said Thomas Lingan my heires exces administors or assignes and I the said Thomas Lingan all and Singular the afores.d Lands goods Chattels and premisses with their and either of their Appurtenances To the said Thomas Martha Ann and Elizabeth Lingan Seperatly and respectively have given to them their heirs and Assignes for ever to the use and intent afores.d against all people do and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents and further Know ye that I the said Thomas Lingan have put the said Thomas Martha Ann and Elizabeth in peaceable and quiet possession of all and Singular the aforesaid premisses with their Appurtenances to them respectively ^and seperately^ given and granted By the delivery unto each of them at the ensealing and signing of these presents one coin'd piece of Silver commonly call'd Six pence In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Affixed my seal this twenty first day of September 1724 In the tenth year of the Domn of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon &c Sigbn'd Sealed and Deliver'd in the presence of T Lingan (seal) Thomas King A Frazer On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t Maryland fs.t This twenty eighth day of September One thousand Seven hundred and twenty four came before me Coll John Mackall one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Thomas Lingan Gent and acknowledged the within Deed according to act of assembly in such cases made and Provided as witness my hand the day and year above Written 6 sides Recorded the 17.th day of April 1767 Jn.o Mackall The Deed Rutland to Hamond, ought to have been here |
