       Redemption or other Demand whatsoever And the said Henry Hall for
       himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant
       promise grant and Agree to and with the said John Hall his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns by these Presents that he the said Henry Hall
       his heirs Executors or Administrators shall and will well and truly pay
       or cause to be paid unto the said John Hall his Executors Administrators
       or Assigns the said Sums of Eighty hundred and sixty pounds
       five Shillings Sterling at the Days and Times before mentioned for payment
       thereof according to the true Intent and meaning of these Presents
       And also that the said John Hall his Heirs and Assigns Shall and may
       from time to time and at all times after Default shall be made in the
       Performance of the Proviso or Condition herein contained peaceably and
       Quietly enter into have hold occupy and enjoy the said Several Tracts
       or par^c^els of Land and Premises above mentioned with the Appurtenances
       without the Let suit Trouble Hindrance molestation Interruption or Denial
       of him the said Henry Hall his heirs and Assigns and of all and every
       other person or persons whatsoever And further that he the said
       Henry hall and his heirs and all and every other Person and Persons
       and his and their Heirs any thing having or claiming in the said
       Premisses above mentioned or any part thereof by from or under him Shall
       and will from time to time and at all Times hereafter upon reasonable
       Request and at the proper Costs and Charges in the Law of the said
       John Hall his heirs or Assigns make do and execute or cause to be
       made done and executed all and every such further and other lawfull
       and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Devise and Devises
       in the Law whatsoever for the further Confirmation of these
       presents and for the more perfect granting conveying and assuring all
       and singular the said ^said^ Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said
       John Hall his heirs and Assigns according to the true intent and
       meaning hereof as by the said John Hall his Heirs or Assigns or his
       and their Council learned in the Law Shall be reasonably devised
       advised or required In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents
       have hereunto set their hands and Affixed their seals the Day and
       Year first mentioned
