for and in consideration of the sum of eighteen pounds sixteen shillings Sterling Money to him in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said Samuel Chase the receipt whereof the said Samuel Mansell doth hereby acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully satisfied contented and paid Hath Given Granted Bargained Aliened Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Alien Sell Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Samuel Chase and his heirs forever All that Part or parcell of Land containing Three hundred and seventy six acres being Part of a Larger Tract or parcell of Land called Range declined Granted the said Samuel mansell on or about the nineteenth day of September seventeen hundred and sixty five for Two Thousand seven hundred and seventy acres of Land lying in Ann Arundel County aforesaid and contained in the lines courses and distances as follows to wit Beginning for the said Three hundred and seventy six acres of Land at the seventy eighth Line of the whole Resurvey aforesaid called Range declined and runing thence south east thirty eight perches then south thirty degrees west two hundred and sixty one perches then north one degrees west fifty one perches then south fifty one Degrees west fifty one perches then south twenty degrees west thirty two perches then south forty nine degrees east thirty perches then south thirty degrees west one hundred and twenty six perches then south thirteen degrees west thirty nine perches then north eighty degrees east thirty perches then north thirty eight degrees and one half degree east forty perches then north forty four degrees east thirty seven perches then south seventy degrees east one hundred and thirty six perches then south thirty six degrees west twenty six perches then south fifty degrees east seventy perches then south thirty six degrees west sixty Perches then west forty nine perches then north fifty six perches then north thirty eight degrees west thirty eight perches then north sixteen degrees west forty eight perches then North fifty nine degrees west fifty perches then south thirty six degrees west seventy perches then south twenty degrees west thirty two perches then south thirty six degrees west eighty four perches then north thirty two degrees west thirty perches then north fifteen degrees west forty perches then north eighty two degrees west twenty eight perches then north twenty eight degrees west thirty Perches then north sixty eight degrees west twenty six perches then north sixty (degrees) |
