       said Mortgage Referrence being had to the same Remaining upon the Records
       of the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland may more fully and at
       Large appear And whereas the said Sum of Sterling Money Together with
       the Interest to be calculated as aforesaid or any part thereof was not paid to
       the said James Dick and Thomas Richardson or to either of them according
       to the Proviso in the said Mortgage contained whereby the Estate of them
       the said James Dick and Thomas Richardson of and in the above recited
       Premises and every part and parcell thereof became Absolute subject
       Nevertheless in Equity to be Redeemed by the said Thomas Browning
       Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Thomas Browning as
       well for and in Consideration of the above premises as in Consideration
       of the further Sums of one hundred and fourteen Pounds ten shillings Current
       Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said James Dick and Thomas
       Richardson the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and thereof and from
       every Part and Parcell thereof the said Thomas Browning doth Acquit and
       Discharge the said James Dick and Thomas Richardson their Executors
       and Administrators by these presents eh the said Thomas Browning hath
       Granted released and Confirmed and by these presents doth Grant release
       and Confirm unto the said James Dick and Thomas Richardson the
       Above Mentioned Mill Tracts and parcells of Land and every part
       and parcell thereof Except one Acre of Land upon which the Quakers
       Meeting House stands being part of the Tract Called Brownings
       Discovery and all and singular the Premisses in or by the said above recited
       Mortgage Granted released and Confirmed or intended so to be with their
       and Every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances and all the Estate
       Right Title Interest Equity and Benefit of Redemption claim and Demand
       whatsoever of him the said Thomas Browning of in and to the same and every
       part and parcell thereof To have and to hold all and singular the Premisses
       therein before Mentioned or intended to be hereby Granted released and Confirmed
       with their and every of their Rights members and Appurtenances unto the
       said James Dick and Thomas Richardson their heirs and Assigns to the only
       proper use and behoof of them the said James Dick and Thomas Richardson
       their heirs and Assigns forever  In witness whereof the said Thomas Browning
       hath hereunto sett his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
