(125) and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and demand of them the same Henry Nail and Sarah his wife of in or out of the aforesaid Lands and premisses and every part and parcell thereof with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said David Clark his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the date hereof for and during and unto the full end and Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and ended Yielding and paying therefore unto the same Henry Nail his Heirs and Assigns the Rent of one peper Corn at the end of the said Term (if the same shall be demanded to the intent and purpose that by virtue of these presents and of the Statute for Transferring of uses into possession he the said David Clark may be in Actual possession of all and Singular the said premisses with the appurtenances and be thereby enabled to him and his Heirs in Such Manner and to and for such Uses trusts intents and purposes as the same Henry Nail and Sarah his wife do and Shall limit mention and Declare by Indenture intended to bear date the Day next after the day of the Date of these presents In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written Sealed and Delivered Henry Naill (seal) in the presence of Sarah Naill (seal) Ja.s Hollyday David Clark (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing Lease was thus written viz.t Received on the Day and Year first within mentioned of and from the within Named David Clark the sum of Ten Shillings Current Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid Henry Naill sides Test James Hollyday Recorded 4.th August 1766 Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made This Second Day of March in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty six Between Henry Nail of the City of Philadelphia in Pensylvania and Sarah his wife one of the Daughters of Walter Scott late of Cecil County Cordwainder deceased of the first part David Clark of Cecil County in Maryland Planter of the Second part and John Veazey Junior of Cecil County aforesaid Gent of the Third part Witnesseth that the Same Henry Nail and Sarah his wife for and in consideration (of) |
