(109) waters water courses commodities Previledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same tract or parcel of Land belonging or appurtaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profitts of the same tract or parcell of Land To have and to hold the said Tract or parcel of Land and every part and parcel thereof and premisses with the appurtenances unto the said John Horrell his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the day of the Date of these Presents for and during and untill the full end and Term of One whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended To the Intent and purpose (that by force and virtue of these Presents and of the statute for Transferring uses into Possession) the said John Horrell may be in Actual Possesion of the Premisses and be thereof enabled to take and accept a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs forever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered John Segar (seal) in the presence of us John Horrell (seal) Matt Eversfield, John Duvall On the Back of the aforegoing Lease was Thus written Viz.t Received on the day and year first written of and from the within named John Horrell the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money being the Conclusion Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me Sides Witness Matt Eversfield I say received by me John Segar John Duvall Recorded 24.th July 1766 Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this Eleventh day of March in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty Six Between John Segar of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland planter of the one part John Horrell of Saint Marys County in the same province planter of the Second part and John Rogers of Prince Georges County of the Third part Witnesseth that the said John Segar for and in consideration of the Sum of Seventy five pounds Current Money to the said John Segar in hand by the said John Horrell at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the docking barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant (or) |
