Money already secured to be paid by him the said George Maxwell
        to the afd James Forbes by three several Bonds made by him the
        said George Maxwell to the aforesaid James Forbes

                                                                            & dated the tenth day
        of this Instant June, one of which bonds is for the payment of
        Five hundred pounds sterling principal Money in june One
        Thousand seven hundred & sixty three, one other of which bonds
        is for the payment of other Five hundred Pounds sterling in June
        One thousand seven hundred and sixty four;  and the other
        of which Bonds is for the payment of Three hundred & fifty
        pounds sterling in June One thousand seven hundred & sixty
        five without any interest till the Times of Payment
        And also in consideration of the further sum of five shillings
        sterling money to him the said James Forbes in hand paid
        at or before the sealing & delivery of these presents, the receipt
        whereof he doth hereby acknowledge    Hath bargained sold
        assign'd, set over, Ratified & Confirmed, and by these presents
        doth bargain, sell, assign, set over, ratify and confirm
        unto the said George Maxwell, all his the said James Forbes
        part, share, proportion & Interest whatsoever of in and to
        all goods, Wares, Merchandizes & other Effects whatsoever
        of them the said George Maxwell & James Forbes now in or
        belonging to the said store at Benedict Tower aforesaid
        or otherways or else were in their or either of their possession
        or in the hands or possession of any other person or persons
        whatsoever which are the joint property of them the said
        George Maxwell & James Forbes, and also all Debts sums
        of Money & quantities of Tobacco whatsoever now due
        & owing to the said George Maxwell & James Forbes
