(6) With the Appurtenances, to any Person or Persons Whatsoever And that if Default be made in the payment of the sum of Money herein after Mentioned, he the said Daniel shall and will upon Demand deliver unto the said Trustees their Executors Administrators or Assigns the said Vessell with the appurtenances in good repair Provided always and it is the true Intent and Meaning to these presents that If the said Daniel Hill his Executors fo and shall well and truly pay unto the said Trustee Executors Administrators or Assigns the sum of one hundred pounds lawfull Money of Pennsylvania with lawfull Interest for the same from the Date hereof on or before the Ninth day of April now next ensuing then the present Indenture and every Article Claim and thing herein contained shall release and be utterly null and void to all intents and purposes whatever In witness whereof the parties have hereunto put their hands and seals the Day and Year first above written Daniel Hull Sealed and Delivered In presence of James Tilghman R.d Tilghman Junior On the foot of the above indenture was thus Written Memorandum That on the Tenth day of April 1762 the above named Daniel Hull personally acknowledged the above deed and the sloop with her appurtenances in the same deed ^To the Trustees in the same Deed^ named, according to the form and effect of the same deed before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court acknowledged before Geo Steuart Recorded the 12.th April 1762 5 sides |
