Person or persons claiming from or under me In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this 19.th day of April Anno Domini 1763 Th.o Jn.o Hammond (s) Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Na Hammond Jun.r & Philip Hammond Jun.r April 19.th 1763 Then came the within named M.r Thomas John Hammond before us two of his Lordships Justices of Ann Arundel County and acknowledged the Deed of Gift according to act of assembly in that case made provided and that the with.n Land and Premisses are the right and property of his son John Hammond and his heirs for ever taken and acknowledged before us the day and year afd Jn.o Jiams Rob.t Couden 1763 May 13.th Received of M.r John Hammond Fourteen shillings & seven Pence half penny sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within Three Hundred & sixty three acres of Land by virtue of a commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent & receiver General Benj.a Beall Recorded the 30.th day of May 1763 4¼ s.d |
