                April 19.th 1763   Then came the within named M.r Thomas
       John Hammond before us two of his Lordships Justices of  
       Ann Arundel County and acknowledged the Deed of Gift
       according to act of assembly in that case made provided and
       that the with.n Land and Premisses are the right and property
       of his son John Hammond and his heirs for ever
       taken and acknowledged before us the day and year afd

       1763 May 13.th  Received of M.r John Hammond
       Fourteen shillings & seven Pence half penny sterling
       for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation

       said Lordships Agent & receiver General
