       is hereby acknowledged Hath granted bargained and sold & by
       these presents Doth grant bargain & sell unto him the said
       George Frazier his Executors administrators and assigns all
       that part of a Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in Prince
       Georges County aforesaid called Blew Rain otherwise called
       Bew plaine otherwise called Blew plain otherwise called
       Bu plane otherwise called Beau plain which part is scituate
       lying and being on the North side of Oxen Creek and runn
       Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways
       Water Courses Comodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments
       advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the same part of
       the Tract of Land aforesaid belonging or appertaining    And
       the Reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof
       To have and To Hold the said part of the Tract
       of Land aforesaid and premisses with its rights Members
       and appurtenances unto him the said George Frazier
       his Executors administrators and assigns from the day next
       before the day of the date of these presents for and during and untill
       the full End and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing
       and fully to be Compleat and Ended   To the intent and purpose
       (that by force and Virtue of these presents and of the statute for
       transferring Uses into Possession) The said George Frazier may
       be in actual possession of the Premisses and be thereof enabled to
       take and accept a Grant and release of the reversion and
       inheritance thereof to him and his heirs for ever        
          In Witness Whereof the Parties to these Presents
