        grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said
        Absolom Baker his Heirs and Assigns for ever one Part or Parcel of Land
        being part of a Tract of Land called Bakers Industry Enlarged lying
        in Baltimore County  Beginning at two bounded Spanish Oaks
        and one Bounded Black Oak standing at the head of a Bottom descending
       into the Piney Falls a Draught of the Falls of Patapsco the said Moiety
        or Parcell of Land  Begining at the tenth Course of the afforesaid Bakers
        Industry Enlarged and running the said course South Seventy five
        Degrees West Sixty Perches North ten Degrees West forty Perches North
        twenty Degrees East One hundred and Eight perches North thirty eight
        Degrees East ninety two Perches south fifty two Degrees East forty four perches
        south twenty four Degrees West Sixty six perches south forty Degrees East
        ninety Seven Perches, thence with a Streight Line to the Beginning
        Place containing and laid out for one hundred and ten Acres of Land
        more or less together with all and Singular the Premisses and appurtenances
        thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining  To have
        and to hold the said Land and Premisses with their appurtenances
        unto him the said Absolom Baker his heirs and assigns for ever
        and to the only use and Behoof of him the said Absolom Baker his
        Heirs and Assigns forever  And the said John Baker for himself his Heirs
        Exect.rs Admin.rs doth hereby covenant grant and agree to and with
        the said Absolom Baker his heirs and assigns that he the said John
        Baker his Heirs Exect.rs and Admin.rs shall and will Warrant and for ever
        defend the said Land and Premisses with their appurtenances of in or to
        the same or any part or Parcel thereof and from all other Defects and
        Incumbances whatsoever, And lastly that the said John Baker for himself
        his Heirs Exect.rs and Admin.rs doth further covenant promise grant
        and agree to and with the said Absolom Baker his Heirs Exect.rs Admin.rs
        and Assigns that he the said John Baker his Heirs Exect.rs and Admin.rs
        shall and will from time to time and at all Times hereafter at the
