349 Allen his Heirs Executors and assigns in as full ample and Beneficial Manner to all intents and purposes as the said Barnabas Hughes his Heirs Executors or administrators could have held enjoyd or claimed the same if these presents had not been made And the said William Allen for himself his heirs Exors & assigns doth hereby Covenant promise and engage to & with the said Barnabas Hughes his Heirs Exors & adminrs that he the said William Allen his heirs Exors or assigns shall & will in Due time and Manner well & truly pay the said purchase Moneys unto the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs Executors or administrators and in all Respect perform & Comply with the Terms and Conditions of the said recited Contract on the part of the said Barnabas Hughes to have been paid done & performed, and in all things save & keep harmless and indemnify the said Barnabas Hughes his heirs Exors and admrs therefrom In Witness whereof the parties aforesaid to these presents have set their Hands and seals the day and year first above written Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Benj.a Hughes (s) Will.m Plumsted & W.m Peters Recorded the 24th April 1763 7 s.d Ex.d This Indenture made the fourth day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and sixty Between Daniel Dulany of the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Esq.r Barrister at Law of the one part and |
