318. Tract or parcel of Land part of a greater Tract commonly known by the Name of Cool Spring Mannor lying and being on and near the River Pattuxant together with all houses Buildings Woods Waters Conveniencies and appurtenances Hereunto belonging the Limits and Bounds whereof beginning running and ending as follows that is to say Beginning at a bounded red oak standing on the south side of a Branch called Fendalls otherwise Fenley's fresh and at y.e Mouth of the said Branch running thence North West and by West one hundred fifty perches with a parcel of Land of Peter Scampers deceased then East with the Land of M.r Gerrard deceased Twenty Seven Perches then North thirty seven Degrees East Eighty four perches to a bounded red oak standing in an old Field then south East one hundred perches to the aforesaid River then with a streight line to the first Bounded Tree and upon Non payment thereof I do hereby ordain constitute and appoint the afd Phillip Williams for me and in my Name to enter into and uppon the said Lands and premisses or any part thereof or to make such distress of the premisses at the Law permits and the distress and distresses so made to detain untill Payment of such Rent or Rents shall be made or the same shall be delivered in due Course of Law and for non payment to dispose thereof according to Law or to proceed in my Name or otherwise by Action suit Bill Plaint or take such other lawfull ways and means for the Recovery thereof as my said attorney shall think fit And likewise to grant bargain and sell all the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land with all my Right claim Title and Demand whatsoever of in and unto the aforesaid Premisses and every part and parcel thereof |
