aforesaid, and the aforesaid three Lotts of Ground or either or any
        Part of either of them To have and To hold the said first mentioned
        one hundred Acres of Land the Several Tracts of Land aforesaid and
        the aforesaid three Lots of Ground and every of them and all and singular
        the Premisses with their and every of their Rights Members & Appurtenances
        to him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns for ever
        to his and their only proper use and behoof and to and for no other
        use intent or purpose whatsoever  And the said Zacheus Onion for him
        self his Heirs Executors Adm.^rs and Assigns hereby Covenants and
        Agrees to and with the said John Brice his Heirs Executors Adm.^rs &
        Assigns that he the said Zacheus Onion his Heirs Executors Adm.^rs
        & Assigns the said first mentioned one hundred Acres of Land the
        several Tracts of Land aforesaid and the aforesaid three Lotts of
        Ground and every of them unto him the said John Brice his Heirs
        Executors Adm.^rs and Assigns shall and will for ever Warrant and defend
        against all Manner of Persons whatsoever Provided always and it
        is the true Intent & Meaning of these presents that in case the said
        Zacheus Onion shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the
        above named John Brice his Executors Administrators or Assigns
        the full and just sum of One Thousand Pounds Sterling Money of
        Great Britain by good Bills of Exchange drawn on some responsible
        Merchant in London at Thirty Days sight with Legal Interest for the
       same from the Date hereof together with the Charge of Drawing and
        Recording this Indenture or Deed of Mortgage at or upon the Tenth
        Day of April which shall be in the year of our Lord Christ Seventeen
        hundred and Sixty five without Fraud or further Delay then this
        Deed of Mortgage is to be Void and of no Effect else to be and remain in
        full force & Virtue in Law  And the aforesaid Zacheus Onion hereby
        further Covenants and Agrees to and with the said Brice his Heirs
        Executors and Adm.^rs that he the said Zacheus Onion Heirs Executors or
