       his undivided one Eight part or portion of all the Lands lying
       and being in Cæcil County in Maryland which he purchased
       of a certain Beal Bordley who was one of the devisees of
       and is now Heir at Law to his Brother Thomas Bordley
       latetly deceased which said Thomas was the Eldest son
       and Heir at Law of Ariana Jenings formerly Ariana
       Bordley deceased which said Ariana Jenings was one of
       the Daughters and parceners of Mathias Vanderheyden
       of Cæcil County aforesaid Gentleman deceased and which
       said undivided Eight part is contained in several tracts
       or parcels of Land of which the said Mathias Vanderheyden
       dyed seized called or known by the Names of Warmust
       Coasters Harbours Wheelers Warrent Hygh park
       Locust Neck the Rounds Brownley and pasture point and
       the Reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders
       Rents Issues and profits of them and of every part and
       parcel of them with the arrearages of Rents due thereon or on
       any of them and also all the Estate Right Title Interest
       use trust property Claim and Demand of what Nature
       or kind soever of him the said Joseph Ensor of in to or out
       of the same one Eight undivided part or portion of Land
       aforesaid with their ^each^ and every of their appurtenances, To
       have and To hold the said undivided one Eighth part
       of the said Land with the Premisses and appurtenances
       thereto belonging to him the said John Brice his
