155 Said Seventy five pounds Sterling hath remised released and for ever quit claimed and by these presents for himself and his Heirs doth remain release and for ever Quit Claim unto the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns all the Right Title Interest Estate and property of him the said John Brice of in and to or out of that Undivided Moiety or half part of Bohemiah Manor so as aforesaid Mortgaged together with the Rents Issues Issues and Profits thereof To have and to hold the aforesaid Undivided Moiety or half part of Bohemia Manor so as aforesaid Mortgaged together with the Rents profits & Issues thereof unto him the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns in as full and ample Manner to all intents & purposes as tho' the above recited Mortgage had never been made In Witness whereof the said John Brice hath here unto set his hand and affixed his seal the Day & Year first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of Jn.o Brice (s) William Cooke Phil.n Loyd Chew On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written Sept.r 17.th 1762 Then received of M.r Joseph Ensor the sum of seventy five pounds ster Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned by Jn.o Brice Witness William Cooke |
