154 the Province of Maryland Merchant by his Deed of Mortage made or mentioned to be made Between the said Joseph Ensor of the one part and the said John Brice of the other Part bearing date the thirtieth day of April in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty for the consideration within mentioned amongst other Lands therein mentioned did give grant bargain sell alien set over and confirm unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assign all the Right title Estate Interest and property of him the said Joseph Ensor of in and to all that undivided moiety or half part of Bohemia Manor which he now holds in and by Right of his Wife or by any other ways or means Whatsoever To have and to hold the aforesaid Several Tracts or parcels of Land and all and singular the premisses and appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and assigns ^to and for the only proper use and Behoof of the said John Brice his heirs & assigns^ and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever as by the said deed of Mortgage duly Executed acknowledged and Recorded in the Provincial Court Land Records in Liber BT N.o 4 folios 136, 137, 138, 139 & 140 reference being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear, And whereas the said Joseph Ensor hath paid to the said John Brice the sum of seventy five Pounds sterling Money part of the Money due on the said Mortgage the receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge, he the said John Brice for the consideration of the said |
