135) destroy any Trees on the said Land fit for Board Timber and those which should be felled in Wood as aforesaid should be by him the said Charles Homewood cut up into wood without waste he the said Charles Homewood yielding and paying every Year to him the said Henry Woodward his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling Money And Whereas the said Charles Homewood by indenture made and Dated on or about the Twenty seventh Day of August Seventeen hundred and Sixty one for the consideration of Ninety five pounds one shilling and seven pence halfpenny sterling Money did grant bargain and sell the said two Negroes Men to him the said Henry Woodward his Executors administrators or Assigns upon Proviso or Condition nevertheless that the same indenture should be Void upon his the said Charles Homewood his Heirs Executors or Admin.rs payment of the said Ninety five pounds one shilling and seven pence half penny sterling with legal interest thereon with the Charge of Recording the same indenture at or upon the Twenty seventh Day of August now last past as in and by the said four recited Instruments of Writing Relation being thereto had may amongst other things more fully appear And Whereas the said recited Mortgage of the two Negroe Men aforesaid hath become forfeited by Default of Payment according to the Proviso or |
