Exam.^d    This Indenture made the thirteenth Day
        of September in the Year of our Lord Seven hundred and
        Sixty two  Between James Chalmers of the City of
        Annapolis Silver smith of the one Part, and Robert
        Couden of the same City  Merchant of the other part
        Witnesseth that the said James Chalmers for and in
        consideration of the sum of Ninety six pounds Current
        Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said Robert
        Cowden the receipt whereof he the said James Chalmers
        doth hereby acknowledge and thereof & therefrom doth acquit
